Shipping & Return Policy

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please send us clear video evidence via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we may provide a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the customer selected or ordered the wrong product. For other return requests, the reason must be clear and valid. All returns are subject to our approval before being accepted.
